Nothing here is a surprise on the invoice or a phone call you have to chase. This is how the day goes whether it’s a pool dig for a builder or a cracked patio for a homeowner.
Send the plans, or just photos of the job and how a machine gets in. Utilities located, depths confirmed, permit pulled if it needs one. You get a fixed written price with haul-off already in it — not an hourly number that grows.
We show up on the day we booked. Turf and sprinklers get covered, the cut is run to grade, and dirt is loaded as we go instead of piling up in the driveway waiting on a truck.
Dirt hauled away, the way in put back how we found it, holes filled and packed, site raked and swept. The next trade walks onto a clean pad.

Straight answers
It depends on depth, how much dirt comes out, and how close a truck can get to the hole. Send the builder’s plan and a photo of the access and you’ll get a real number instead of a range.
Yes. Concrete, dirt and structure debris leave with us and go to the right facility, and disposal is inside the quoted price. Want the clean fill or dirt left on site instead? Say so and the price comes down.
Structural demolition and most work touching utilities or drainage does. Breaking out a driveway slab or pulling a stump usually doesn’t. We tell you which one it is before we start.
Tracks spread the weight far wider than tires — that’s the whole reason to use a tracked machine on a finished lawn. Some marking happens on wet ground; we rake and level before we leave.
Yes. One stump, one patio, one trench, one clean-up. Small jobs get grouped into a day so nobody pays a trip charge for twenty minutes of work.
